Please refer to help for information on how we collect and use training data to develop our language models that power Wapps and other Services, and your choices with respect to that information.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information
Under certain circumstances, we may disclose your Personal Information to third parties without further notice to you, as required by law:
- Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting operational needs and performing certain services and functions, we may provide Personal Information to vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology service providers, email service software, and web analytics services, among others. These parties will have access to, process, or store Personal Information only as instructed by us in the course of their duties for us.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, or transfer of service to another provider (together a “Transaction”), your Personal Information and other information may be disclosed in the due diligence process with counterparties and others involved in the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction, along with other assets.

4. Your Rights
Depending on your location, individuals in the EEA, the UK, and worldwide have certain legal rights concerning their Personal Information. For example, you may have the right to:
- Access your Personal Information and information about how it is processed;
- Have your Personal Information erased from our records;
- Correct or update your Personal Information;
- Have your Personal Information transferred to a third party (right to data portability);
- Restrict how we process your Personal Information;
- Withdraw your consent – if we rely on consent as the legal basis for processing – at any time;
- Object to how we process your Personal Information;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
You may be able to exercise some of these rights through your Wapps account. If you are unable to exercise your rights through your account, please send your request to dsar@wapps.nu.
A note about accuracy: Services like Wapps generate responses by reading a user's text and predicting the words that are likely to come next based on it. In some cases, the words that are likely to come next may not be the most factually accurate. Therefore, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of the output from our models. If you notice that the output from Wapps contains incorrect information about you and you would like us to correct the inaccuracy, you can submit a correction request to dsar@wapps.nu. Due to the technical complexity of how our models work, we may not be able to correct the inaccuracy in every case. In that case, you can request to have your Personal Information removed from the output of Wapps by filling out the feedback section.
5. Children
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 10. Wapps does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 10. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 10 has provided Personal Information to Wapps through the Service, please contact us at legal@wapps.nu. We will investigate and, if necessary, remove the Personal Information from our systems. If you are age 10 or older but under the age of 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use our Services.
6. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by Wapps, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of use of Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links, we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. For information about their privacy practices and policy, please contact the Third Party Sites directly.
7. Security and Storage
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, there is no absolute security or error-free internet or email transmission. In particular, emails sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take extra care in deciding what information you send to us via the Service or email. Additionally, we are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Service or third-party websites.
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide our Service to you or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, security and other lawful reasons or legal obligations we have. How long we retain Personal Information depends on various factors, such as the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, our purpose(s) for processing the information, and any applicable legal requirements.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to adjust our privacy practices to meet changing requirements and to supplement or modify it for new Service offerings. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective when posted to our website. We encourage you to check for updates periodically by reviewing the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service after changes to this Privacy Policy are posted will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
