Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you use the services of Wapps or our affiliated companies, including our application programming interfaces, software, tools, developer services, data, documentation, and websites ("Services"). The Terms include our Service Terms, Sharing and Publication Policy, Usage Guidelines, and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies that we may provide in writing. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

Registration and Access

• You must be at least 10 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
• If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept the Terms on their behalf.
• You must provide accurate and complete information to register an account.
• You may not share your login credentials or account with others outside of your organization, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your login credentials.

Usage Requirements

(a) Use of Services

• You have access to, and we grant you a non-exclusive right to use, the Services in accordance with these Terms.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services.
• We and our affiliated companies own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services.

(b) Feedback

• We appreciate feedback, comments, ideas, proposals, and suggestions for improvements. If you provide any of these, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

(c) Restrictions

• You may not use the Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any person.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, attempt to discover the source code or underlying models, algorithms, and systems of the Services, or otherwise obtain, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the output of the Services to develop models that compete with Wapps.
• Except as permitted through the API, use an automated or programmatic method to extract data or output from the Services, including scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction.
• Misrepresent that output of the Services is generated by humans when it is not, or otherwise act in violation of our Usage Guidelines.
• Buy, sell, or transfer API keys without our prior permission.
• Transmit to us any personal information of children under the age of 10.
• You will comply with any rate limitations and other requirements in our documentation.
• You may only use the Services in geographic areas currently supported by Wapps.

(d) Third-Party Services

• Any third-party software, services, or other products that you use in connection with the Services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products.

Content

(a) Your Content

• You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output together constitute "Content."
• Between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Wapps hereby assigns to you all its rights, titles, and interests in and to the Output.
• This means you can use Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes such as sale or publication, as long as you comply with these Terms.
• Wapps may use Content to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable laws, and enforce our policies.
• You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

(b) Consistency of Content

• Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique to different users, and the Services may generate the same or similar Output for Wapps or a third party.
• For example, you may provide Input to a model such as "What color is the sky?" and receive Output such as "The sky is blue."
• Other users may also ask similar questions and receive the same response.
• Responses requested by and generated for other users are not considered to be your Content.

(c) Use of Content to Improve Services

• We do not use Content you provide to our API ("API Content") to develop or improve our Services.
• We may use Content you provide to our API to improve our models, algorithms, and systems, including but not limited to training new models.

Termination

• You may stop using our Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

Changes

• We may modify these Terms at any time.

Warranty and Disclaimer

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty.

Liability

• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Dispute Resolution

• If you have a dispute with Wapps, we will try to resolve it through mediation and consultation.
